WordPress Website Design & Development

We are looking for a freelancer to design and develop a clean, content-driven WordPress website (Phase 1 of a larger platform).

Scope includes:
Home page
Insights (articles section)
News section
Courses section (simple structure for now)

Key focus:
Minimal, professional design
Strong readability (content-first)
Scalable structure for future expansion

Important:
Design must be defined before theme selection
Theme will be selected after design approval
Website should not be constrained by theme demos

Proposal Requirements to be considered, please:

Share 3 relevant WordPress websites you’ve built
Clearly describe your approach (custom vs template)
Provide estimated timeline and cost

In addition, one of the following is required:
A structured quotation (with clear breakdown), OR
A list of specific questions/clarifications based on the brief
