WordPress Website UI Design

I need a professional WordPress developer who has extensive experience in UI design, page layout, and mobile browser responsiveness. We have a WordPress website that needs to be modified. Currently, the overall layout of the homepage is fine, but the subscription page, other blog pages, product category pages need to be designed, and several new pages need to be added. However, the new pages are quite simple. I will provide the template materials, which can be understood as just some pictures and some text descriptions. Additionally, add a nice footer.
