WordPress Website Based on Reference Design

I’m looking for a freelancer to build a WordPress website based on a provided reference site.

This project is intended as the first step of an ongoing collaboration, as there will be multiple similar websites to build in the future.

Scope

- One reference website will be provided
- Build the site using WordPress
- Approx. 5 pages
- Text content will be rewritten using AI (structure and meaning remain similar)
- Layout and structure should closely follow the reference

Important Notes
------------------------
- This is not a creative copywriting project
- No SEO optimization required
- No marketing strategy required
- Focus is on accurate layout, clean spacing, and correct content placement

Requirements
------------------------
- Solid WordPress experience
- Ability to replicate structure from an existing website
- Comfortable working with AI-generated or AI-rewritten content
- Attention to layout consistency and visual balance

- 1–2 relevant WordPress projects with clean layout
- Estimated delivery time


This is the first of multiple similar websites.
If collaboration goes well, there will be ongoing work with consistent structure and workflow.

First site: USD 300-400
Future similar sites: USD 200–300 per site
