Scope of Work
Fix all visible WordPress, PHP, Elementor, caching and plugin-related errors.
Update WordPress, Elementor, the theme and plugins without affecting the existing website content.
Modernize the homepage and improve the overall layout, navigation and calls to action.
Update the Programs, Subjects, About, Results and Contact pages.
Add clear program details, pricing, trial-class information and inquiry buttons.
Improve the contact form to collect the student’s grade, subject, preferred schedule and tutoring format.
Correct outdated, repetitive or poorly written content across the website.
Improve mobile responsiveness, page speed and overall website performance.
Complete basic SEO updates, including headings, page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text and local Surrey SEO.
Preserve existing page URLs and SEO value where possible and create redirects for any changed URLs.
Test all pages, links, forms and email notifications before launch.
Complete the updates on a staging site before making changes to the live website.
Assist with migrating the website to a new hosting provider, including website files, database, email accounts and DNS settings.
Minimize website and email downtime during the migration.
Confirm the website, forms and email accounts are working properly after the migration.
Provide a complete website backup and basic instructions for future updates.
