WordPress Site for Digital Products

I'm looking for a Wordpress designer with excellent UX skills to help me design a website for a start up company which is developing a new digital software tool. Seeking someone who can advise on themes, content and plugins and I wish to learn the skills required to update the site when completed. I have the beginnings of a site already but this requires complete review.
