The new website needs to have a totally new design. You can use templates etc.. as long as its related to our services. All pages content and logo will be provided. The search function from current website needs to be kept which can be seen here https://www.iaip-property.com/search/

Also the new website needs to have a tab to switch between languages. Pages content for all languages will be provided.
