WordPress Site Revamp and Optimization with addional pages

We need a skilled individual web designer to Revamp of an existing WordPress site naadest.com. To build a professional-looking informational website whose main purpose is to provide visitors with clear, well- structured information about what we do. The site must look professional on desktop and mobile, load quickly, and be easy for my team to update later.
Need upgrade the existing site with additional features of products and services. Currently the web site is hosted on bluehost with wordpress installed and theme installed with demo imports with editor Gutenverse. Core front pages with content, logo and footer are ready available, need additional 10 to 15 pages with same theme colors , with main menu links to these additional pages and update quote form, contact form and AI chat. Update all supporting plugins and must be compatible and upgradable easily to upcoming wordpress versions and plugins.
Will share few links of web pages , as reference, that we are looking for similar design to include in our new pages. Please work in a platform such as WordPress, Elementor, or Gutenverse with simple editing instructions., be easy for my team to edit and update all pages later. Editing future pages must remain easy for a non-developer. Everything has to render perfectly on desktop, tablet and mobile
