UK WordPress Site Redesign & SEO

I need an experienced WordPress designer-developer who can refresh our UK company’s informational site and optimise it for search at the same time.

The current WordPress build is functional but dated. I want a modern, clean layout that makes generous use of rich media—high-quality images and occasional video clips—while keeping the pages light and fast. Key sections will also include interactive forms and the odd quiz to capture leads and encourage engagement.

Scope of work
• Rework the existing WordPress theme or craft a lightweight custom one that matches our brand guidelines.
• Design responsive page templates for Home, About, Services, Case Studies, Blog and Contact.
• Integrate image and video blocks so they are easy for my team to update later.
• Add interactive features: contact forms, newsletter opt-in and a simple quiz plug-in (Gravity Forms or similar).
• On-page SEO for the UK market: keyword-focused titles, meta descriptions, schema markup and image optimisation.
• Set up Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, submit the XML sitemap and ensure Core Web Vitals are in the green.

Acceptance criteria
1. Pages load in under 2.5 s on mobile from a UK test location (GTmetrix/Pagespeed).
2. All primary pages achieve an SEO score of 90 + in RankMath or Yoast.
3. Interactive elements work and send data to the correct email/database.
4. Content can be edited by a non-technical user from the WordPress dashboard.
