WordPress Service Site Build

I am looking for a WordPress developer/designer to build a professional services website for a custom manufacturing business. The site will have no e-commerce functionality. It is a pure services and portfolio site targeting B2B clients first, with B2C secondary.

I have already completed the following:
Domain registered and WordPress hosting live on VentraIP (Australian host, LiteSpeed server)
Kadence theme and Kadence Blocks installed and activated
All required plugins installed (LiteSpeed Cache, Yoast SEO, Contact Form 7, UpdraftPlus, WP Smush, CPT UI, Site Kit)
Contact form fields and email configuration set up in Contact Form 7
A detailed HTML prototype of the homepage design completed, including colour palette, typography, layout, and all section content
Complete page list and URL structure defined

What I need built:
17 pages total following the structure below:
Core pages: Home, About, Contact/Get a Quote, Privacy Policy, Legal Terms, Cookie Policy
Services pages (parent + 6 individual): /services/, /services/injection-moulding/, /services/cad-design/, /services/3d-printing/, /services/resin-printing/, /services/laser-cutting-engraving/, /services/3d-scanning/
Project pages (parent + 4 individual): /projects/, plus four individual case study pages (TBC, depending on price)

Design:
The homepage HTML prototype will be provided as the primary design reference. It includes the exact colour palette, typography (Barlow Condensed, Barlow, Inter via Google Fonts), section layouts, component styles, and copy. All other pages follow the same design language. The service pages all share a single repeatable template structure which I will provide in writing.
Colours: #141C2B (navy), #E8501A (orange), #F6F7F9 (background)
Fonts: Barlow Condensed (display), Barlow (headings), Inter (body) — all Google Fonts
Key requirements:

Built using Kadence theme and Kadence Blocks (already installed)
Fully responsive down to mobile
Clean URL structure using parent/child pages as defined
Custom Post Type for Projects with category filtering by service type (CPT UI already installed)
Contact form embedded on Contact page using existing CF7 form (already configured)
Yoast SEO meta titles and descriptions set on every page using keywords I will provide
LiteSpeed Cache configured correctly for the VentraIP hosting environment
No page builders other than Kadence Blocks — no Elementor

Images:

I will supply all images. Placeholder blocks are fine during the build, clearly labelled with the recommended image dimensions so I can drop images in after handover. I can handle adding in the images after the fact.

What I will provide:
HTML prototype file of the homepage
Written copy for all 17 pages
Colour codes, font names, and URL structure document

What I am NOT looking for:
Template imports or pre-made starter sites dropped in and lightly edited Elementor or other heavy page builders
Ongoing retainer or maintenance packages
SEO services beyond what is listed above
