WordPress Refresh & Content Creation 3-5 pages

Our site www.avidahealth.org is running on WordPress but it’s starting to feel a little tired. I need someone who can jump in right away, smooth out the design and layout, and freshen up the content and copy—all in the same pass.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Polish the existing theme so the pages look sharp on desktop and mobile.
• Streamline navigation, spacing, typography, and overall visual flow.
• Write and upload relevant content in a casual, friendly voice that fits our brand. Think updated page copy, a few timely blog posts, and any on-page text that helps visitors understand what we do.
• Make sure the new copy is structured for easy on-page SEO (headings, links, meta, alt text) even though my main priority this round is the look and feel.
• Test everything before pushing live so there are no broken links, weird formatting issues, or performance hits.

I can give you admin access, brand guidelines, and a quick rundown of our goals as soon as we kick off. If you’re comfortable blending design tweaks with on-the-spot copywriting, let’s move fast—I’d like to see the first round of changes within a couple of days.
