WordPress Reference Page Clone and getting it score A for mobile and desktop on Google page speed (fully responsive for all devices)

I need a single WordPress page built purely as a demonstration, replicating a reference website that I will supply via link. The brief is straightforward: match the original from the very top of the page to the footer so I can showcase it as a like-for-like example.

Here’s what must be mirrored:

• Layout and structure
• Color scheme and fonts
• Images and content

You may work in Elementor, Gutenberg, or custom code—whatever achieves a pixel-perfect result that remains responsive across modern browsers. Once complete, hand over a fully-functional WordPress install (or export) with all assets and styling in place so I can view the clone at /demo, edit text if needed, and swap imagery later.

No additional features such as blogging, e-commerce, or portfolio modules are required; this is strictly a design replication exercise.

The final design needs to be an exact match 100%, fully responsive for all devices and A score on Google Page Speed insights for both mobile and desktop

Upon being hired, needs to be comfortable with calls and video meetings.
