WordPress Portfolio Site Build

I need a clean, fast-loading portfolio site built on WordPress that lets me present my work professionally and capture new enquiries. The core pages will be a home/landing page, a dedicated image gallery, an “About Me” section and a contact form that sends messages straight to my inbox.

I don’t have a fixed design in mind, so I’m looking for your creative direction on layout, colours and typography. Feel free to suggest a modern theme or page-builder workflow (Elementor, Gutenberg blocks or something similar) that keeps future edits simple for a non-technical user. Mobile-first responsiveness and basic on-page SEO best practices are a must.

To keep us both clear, here’s what I’ll consider a finished hand-over:
