I’m launching a small Digital Marketing brand and want a sleek WordPress site that instantly signals quality while staying within a strict ₹2,000 total build cost. The core is simple: a single-page (or very light multi-page) layout focused on one clear “Services Offered” section, wrapped in smooth, scroll-triggered animations that make the content feel dynamic without slowing the page.
What I expect
• A modern, mobile-first WordPress build (Elementor, Gutenberg blocks or lightweight custom theme—whatever keeps performance high).
• Visually engaging scroll-triggered effects for headlines, icons and call-to-action buttons—subtle enough to keep the user experience professional.
• A dedicated Services Offered block that lists my Digital Marketing packages and a contact / lead-capture form right where visitors finish scrolling.
• Fast load times, clean CSS, and zero heavy, unused plugins.
Acceptance criteria
1. Site installed on my hosting with SSL working.
2. Google PageSpeed 85+ on mobile.
3. Scroll animations function smoothly on the latest Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
4. All copy, graphics and contact form placeholders easy for me to edit later.
Hand-off items: exported theme or child-theme files, any custom CSS/JS, and a brief one-page guide so I can tweak text or prices myself.
