WordPress Fitness Blog Redesign

I have a personal fitness blog that hasn't been updated in 10 years, and I'm looking to redesign it to make it mobile-ready and faster. I want to keep the website's climate/colours/logo that I like, but replace the outdated theme and plugins instead of trying to fix it.

Scope of work
- Redesign the blog using a new WordPress theme.
- Ensure the website is mobile-ready and faster loading.
- Maintain current background, colors, and climate of the website.
- Remove the bodybuilders picture and keep the logo without slogans.
- Move old ontent to archive section and redirect URLs to avoid 404 errors.
- Implement a structure similar to a reference blog with categories on the left.
