WordPress + Divi Conversion of Existing Landing Page Design

I have a fully designed landing page for CoolOps — a mobile operations app for AC companies in Qatar and the Gulf. The design is complete and ready as a high-fidelity image (attached). I need it converted into a clean, responsive WordPress site using the Divi theme, which I will provide.
Scope

Pixel-faithful conversion of the attached design to a single landing page in WordPress + Divi
Fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile
English-only for this build (Arabic version will be a separate future project, so please structure the site so adding a second language later is straightforward)
Working contact form, WhatsApp click-to-chat button, and "Start Free Trial" CTAs (links will be provided)
Monthly/Yearly pricing toggle that switches between the two plans
FAQ accordion section (expand/collapse on click)
Smooth scroll navigation between sections
Basic on-page SEO setup (meta tags, alt text, sitemap)
Performance optimization — caching, image compression, target 85+ PageSpeed score
Cross-browser tested (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)

Live site on my hosting (credentials provided)
All Divi layout files exported
Brief Loom walkthrough showing how to edit text, swap images, and update pricing
