The site will serve as an evidence-based sports medicine resource where I publish weekly articles, literature reviews translated into plain English, and honest reviews of popular sports medicine products to determine whether they are supported by research or simply hype. My target audience includes parents, coaches, athletes, and healthcare professionals. I also plan to add short educational videos in the future.
