WE'RE HIRING: WordPress Frontend Designer (Astra + Kadence Pro)

We’re looking for a skilled WordPress frontend builder who knows their way around Astra and Kadence Blocks Pro. Most of our projects serve real estate and service-based businesses, and we start from clean prebuilt themes—so this is more about layout and finesse than starting from scratch.

If you’re detail-oriented, love fast-loading pages, and know how to bring a site to life using the Kadence block ecosystem, let’s talk.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Building responsive WordPress sites using Astra and Kadence Blocks
* Customizing headers, footers, and pages using Pattern Hub
* Collaborating with our AI-powered content team
* Implementing conversion-friendly layouts, CTAs, and light SEO
* Learning and applying our in-house AI Search Optimization (AISO) system

Must-Have Skills:

* Solid portfolio with Astra + Kadence examples
* Strong grasp of mobile-first and responsive design
* Able to work from a build brief (wireframes, notes, or rough ideas)
* Proficient with WordPress Customizer, block editors, and page builders
* Dependable and meets deadlines (no ghosting—we've seen it all)
* Open to learning or already familiar with AISO (AI Search Optimization) methodology

Bonus Points For:

* Familiarity with WP Engine hosting environments
* Experience with RankMath, Gravity Forms, or HighLevel
* Understanding schema markup and integrating AI-generated content
