WordPress Design & Functionality Updates

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I am looking for a WordPress expert to perform specific design and functionality updates across two of my websites: lingamlabs.com and ashlingam.xyz. These sites are virtually identical in structure and theme, so stylistic and code changes should be highly transferable between the two.
Staging Requirement: All initial changes must be implemented and reviewed on a development or staging site before being pushed live to the production environments.
SCOPE OF WORK (BOTH SITES)
Navigation Header Fix: Correct a minor glitch in the way the navigation header resizes at different browser window widths to ensure a smooth, responsive transition.
Design Refinement: Exaggerate the line curve separating the black footer from the beige secondary footer. Introduce a matching complement line curve beneath the black header. These changes must be applied to both desktop and mobile.
SITE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
1. lingamlabs.com:
Homepage Transition: Set the current "Consulting" page as the new homepage. The existing homepage content should no longer load.
Hero Image Update: Replace the homepage hero image with a new visual that better reflects the philosophy and purpose of Lingam Labs.
Functionality: Replace the existing Ninja contact form on the "Connect" page with a calendar scheduler using the Cal API.
2. ashlingam.xyz:
Color Inversion: Perform a site-wide color inversion. Invert the header and footer from black to white, and change the white background to a black background. Apply these same inversions to the mobile site.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Deep familiarity with WordPress, custom CSS, and responsive design (specifically breakpoint handling).
Experience with API integrations (specifically Cal API).
Ability to set up and manage a staging/development environment.
Knowledge of maintaining site performance (Core Web Vitals) while implementing visual changes.
Deliverables will be considered complete when the refreshed sites are responsive, error-free, and pass basic speed tests. If you have recent WordPress revamps or API integration examples, please share them in your proposal.
