WordPress Cleanup & Redesign

My site ­– https://www.vastuconsultantusa.com/ – needs a full tune-up, inside and out. The visual design and overall user experience feel dated, and occasional yet pesky 301/404 errors and redirect loops keep popping up. I want the finished product to look modern, load fast, and pass every technical health check.

Here is what has to happen:

• Troubleshoot and eliminate all 301/404 errors and any stray redirect chains or loops (they appear randomly but must be brought to zero).
• Audit and repair broken links, fix URL structure where it’s inconsistent, and be sure every page resolves cleanly over HTTPS.
• Rebuild sitemap.xml, robots.txt, and .htaccess so crawling and indexing are flawless.
• Redesign the entire front-end with a fresh, mobile-first layout that improves readability, hierarchy, and calls-to-action while keeping my brand colours and content intact.
• Optimise Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) and overall performance for both mobile and desktop; target a sub-3-second real-world load time.
• Apply on-page SEO best practices during the rebuild (clean headings, alt text, schema where relevant).
• Deliver a fully responsive site tested across the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

Acceptance criteria
– No 3xx/4xx crawl errors reported in Google Search Console for four consecutive days after hand-over.
– PageSpeed Insights scores 90+ on both mobile and desktop.
– Design approved on desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
– All new pages re-indexed successfully.

Please work in a staging environment first, then migrate changes live only after sign-off. Source files, login credentials, and any documentation you create should be included at project completion. Herewith attached the complete requirements file, please go through with it and bid.
