WordPress Association Site Revamp
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I run a member-schools community association and our current WordPress site no longer reflects the scale of what we do. Design is my biggest pain-point, so I’m after a clean, modern-minimalist interface that immediately feels trustworthy and professional when parents, teachers, and partners land on the homepage. improve the current wordpress theme
Core features I need built or refined:
• Dynamic events calendar that sits prominently on the front page, pushes email or in-browser notifications, and automatically archives past events for easy browsing. While we run academic workshops and sports meets, the calendar must shine when showcasing our frequent social-enterprise functions.
• End-to-end booking engine for our revenue-generating facilities—gardens, main hall, soccer field, basketball court, and on-site parking. Availability views, price blocks, and instant confirmation are a must; partial-payment or deposit handling would be a bonus.
• Examination module to publish schedules, manage registrations, and post results or certificates for member schools.
• Responsive layout, fast loading, and straightforward back-office management so committee members with basic WordPress skills can add events, photos, and announcements without touching code.
• Room for future add-ons: blog, sponsor spotlights, newsletter signup, or whatever you suggest to serve our community better.
If you have previously launched something similar—especially an events-heavy or facility-booking WordPress project—share a live link or a staging demo so I can click through the workflow myself. I’m ready to move quickly once I see evidence you’ve solved challenges like ours before.
