Wildlife Photography WP Website Revamp

I need a WP website refresh. As a professional nature and wildlife photographer my current website www.franzfoto.com is in need of refresh. A previous FL not from this service got halfway through the project and quit leaving my site in disarray. Another started to work on it and ended up with severe health problems and has been in the hospital for an extended period of time. I need something done completely and promptly.
My business is a 3 income streams, all important.
1. Photo licensing Cloud based photo library with PhotoShelter 14000 images.
2 Photo Tours and workshops
3. Fine Art print sales

Needs to be visually rich and captivating. Need good but not intrusive newsletter sign up and a blog. I need it to be simple to update without coding. Will need to integrate franzfoto with photoshelter and Pictorem (print sales) which have very good eCommerce already built in but will need it for the Tours page. I upgraded to imagley in WP so it would be nice to use it since it's paid for.

Would like for developer to have experience with other photo web site construction. Please provide examples of these.
