Wedding Info & Donation Website

I’m putting together a simple, elegant site that gathers every practical detail our guests might need for the big day. The core goal is straightforward: make venue directions, the weekend schedule, and nearby accommodation suggestions instantly available on any device, while also giving friends and family an easy way to support us through a small donation page.

Here’s what I have in mind: a clean homepage that leads visitors to dedicated sections—Venue, Schedule, Accommodation—plus a real-time “Situation Update” space I can refresh myself if anything changes last minute. I’d also like a donor area that offers multiple options (at minimum Zelle and Venmo, but I’m happy to add others if they’re simple to plug in). A short form where guests can securely upload proof documents—think vaccination cards or travel confirmations—would be helpful, too. Finally, quick-load icons that point to our Instagram reel and a YouTube playlist should sit in the footer so guests can follow along pre- and post-wedding.

I’m flexible on the stack; WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, or a lightweight custom build all work as long as I end up with a mobile-first design that I can update without writing code.

I’d like something polished but not over-engineered, so if you have a theme or template in mind that speeds things up, let’s use it. Just keep the look modern and user-friendly, and leave me enough wiggle room to tweak colors and imagery later. Feel free to recommend the most efficient hosting option as well.
