Website Update, $1000 Weekly Retainer
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I run an established site that already performs well, but its visual layer is starting to feel dated. Each week I’ll share a queue of design-focused tasks—things like refining page layouts, updating the colour palette, tightening typography, and making sure every element looks crisp on mobile, tablet, and desktop. Your mission is to turn those requests into clean, maintainable code without disturbing the underlying functionality.
You’ll work directly in our Git repository, creating a new branch for every set of changes, submitting pull requests, and documenting what you’ve touched so my QA team can review quickly. The stack is a straightforward mix of HTML5, Sass, vanilla JavaScript, and a sprinkling of PHP templates; experience with Figma or Sketch will help when translating my mock-ups.
Payment is a flat $1,000 released at the end of each week once the approved design tickets are merged into production. If we hit all targets smoothly, I’m happy to expand the engagement and let you tackle deeper functionality upgrades later on.
Sound like a fit? Send over a couple of before/after examples of design work you’ve done on existing sites, note your typical turnaround time, and let’s get this refresh underway.
