Website UX Refresh and Optimization

I’m looking to give my small website a fresh, modern feel without rebuilding it from scratch. All core features—including a live-chat form—are already in place, so the job centres on visual polish and usability tweaks rather than back-end work.

The main objective is to improve user experience. In practice, that means:
• Streamlining navigation so visitors find key pages in one or two clicks
• Trimming load times through smart asset optimisation and lightweight code adjustments
• Ensuring the entire site feels truly at home on mobile, not just passable

I’m supplying new graphics and brand elements; you’ll weave them into an updated layout that looks sharp on every screen. Along the way, please preserve existing functionality (chat form, contact flows, etc.) and avoid introducing new plug-ins unless they demonstrably speed things up.

Deliverables will be:
1. Revised page templates implemented on the live site
2. Optimised images, CSS/JS, and any caching or CDN tweaks needed to hit fast page-speed scores
3. A responsive design check across the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, plus iOS and Android browsers
4. A brief hand-over note so I can manage future content edits confidently
