Website Redesign with SEO Enhancements -- 2

englishcentre.md now needs a fresh, modern face. My immediate goal is a full website redesign that loads fast, adapts perfectly to mobile screens, and guides visitors to book English courses without friction. A clean UX, streamlined navigation, and visually engaging layout are top priorities, but every template, section, and line of code must also be built with on-page SEO in mind so we gain ground on key search terms right after launch.

Scope of work
• Redesign the entire site (structure, visuals, responsive HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript interactions)
• Migrate or rebuild on a CMS you recommend (WordPress, Webflow, or another solution you can justify)
• Implement technical SEO basics—schema, meta tags, logical heading hierarchy, image compression, fast hosting setup
• Create an intuitive blog area where I can publish English-learning articles; prepare one sample article layout so I can add copy easily later

Acceptance criteria
1. New design approved via mock-ups/wireframes before coding starts
2. Core Web Vitals in the green on launch (LCP ≤2.5 s, CLS ≤0.1)
3. All pages pass SEO audits with no critical errors
4. Content, media, and existing URLs migrate without broken links
