I'm seeking an intermediate web designer to refresh my existing WordPress website for improved performance and a modern look.

Key requirements include:
- Updated layouts and visuals
- Cleaner navigation and mobile-friendly design
- Mockups/wireframes before final changes
- A modern, simple, and user-friendly experience

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven website redesign experience (portfolio required)
- Proficient in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication skills and deadline-oriented
