Website Redesign and Update

Dear Freelancers,



I am looking for a web designer who can update my website https://www.thebarguys.co.uk/ and I found your details on Google and wondered if you would be interested in providing a quote and more details about how you work.

Brief

We are a small cocktail mixologist business and our existing website, which was designed in Divi in WordPress, has not been updated for some years and now needs to be fully refreshed. We have rewritten all the text and agreed the images to be used for each page and have restructured the customer journey to better reflect what we now offer and can provide. Our plan and the new pages can be provided once we have had an initial discussion. To assist you we are looking at about 11 pages on the site.



Key objectives

To provide an accessible design throughout using our new Brand Guidelines to maximise our clear branding throughout - this will be provided but is very different o what we have now
Ensure the design reflects the values of the updated brand while ensuring clarity of the messages, showing the images as the visual heroes and ensuring the call to action buttons are prominent throughout
Ensure the site clearly enhances the text to ensure the customer journey per page is clear and is visually clear that is 'The Bar Guys'
Provide a clear navigation bar
To ensure the design helps drive traffic to the contact form buttons to drive enquiries
To use WordPress or another system that allows us the ability to update text/pages/ visuals easily without being locked into an agency or web designer or locked into expensive licenses/ system subscriptions
Other Requirements
To quote for an Instagram feed widget to be added to the site
To recommend a platform to host the home page video off the site for ease of customer upload as this is too clunky as it stands (perhaps Vimeo?)
To ensure all pages are optimised for SEO and AI search - we have written the text so have made provision for this but need page optimisation etc
The photos needed currently sit in our media library in WordPress and can be provided. They will need to be resized
Ensure there is a clear contact form directed to an email address (similar to what I have now)
To provide a timetable for completion of the new site with date for delivery
