Here is what I need done:

• Visual and UX overhaul – a modern, clean interface that highlights our holiday-home portfolio, presents rates and availability clearly, and moves visitors smoothly toward an enquiry or booking.
• Technical rebuild – fast loading, responsive layouts, schema markup for properties, and a CMS setup that makes it easy for my team to add or edit listings without touching code.
