Website Redesign and SEO Overhaul
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
The project consists of changing the website's current theme and performing complete technical optimizations to meet Google's required metrics, aiming to improve performance, SEO, information architecture, conversion, and accessibility. The service will be executed in independent phases, with proof of results before and after each stage.
Phase 1 — Performance and core web vitals: includes theme change, image conversion to webp/avif, effective lazy loading implementation, CSS and JavaScript minification, deferral/async of non-critical scripts, Elementor script review, cache configuration (page and browser), gzip or brotli compression, and adjustments targeting LCP, CLS, and INP (lab data).
Phase 2 — Technical SEO and Indexing: With high priority, this phase covers ensuring a unique h1 tag per page, correct h2/h3/h4 hierarchy, friendly and standardized URLs, configuration of meta titles and meta descriptions, generation and submission of XML sitemap, review of canonical tags, application of noindex on irrelevant pages, and integration and validation in Google Search Console.
Phase 3 — Information Architecture and Content: With medium priority, this phase focuses on the definitive organization of the main menu, clear separation between institutional content, services, and others, structuring of pages for areas of expertise, implementation/activation of breadcrumbs, and visual and structural standardization of internal pages.
Phase 4 — Conversion and Lead Generation: Also with medium priority, this stage involves the definition and positioning of strategic CTAs, adjustments to the homepage and service pages, optimization of the contact page, insertion of authority/social proof elements (when applicable), and functional testing of forms and buttons.
Phase 5 — Accessibility and Final Validation: Recommended, this final phase includes reviewing color contrast, adjusting clickable areas on mobile, validating semantic HTML, manual usability testing, and final post-validation corrections.
