Website Rebranding And Redesign

I need a quote for an Elementor site for replacing fonts, colours, and some design elements across 300+ pages. Specifically:

Home page (including replacing the home page video)
Footer redesign
Default Contact form redesign
Mega menu redesign
8 x industry pages
48 x “How we can help” pop-up modules
~30 x services pages (plus potential parent pages)
50+ FAQ modules – change colour from green/dark teal to red
All individual team pages
About Us page
Locations page
Contact Us page
~160 x blog post pages (e.g. https://salernolaw.com.au/china-digital-rmb-de-dollarization/)

Note:
When I say “redesign,” some changes are just colour swaps, while others require finding a suitable new colour palette that matches the Rubicon design. Where possible, some changes may be applied via CSS overrides rather than manual edits.

Please provide two quotes:

CSS-based approach: Target all relevant elements/sections site-wide with custom CSS to apply branding changes in one go.

Manual/individual approach: Apply all changes page-by-page/module-by-module as listed above.
