Website UX Overhaul & Visual Refresh

Job ID: 40165581

Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR

I’m planning a full redesign of my website with two clear objectives: elevate the overall user experience and give the interface a modern, cohesive look and feel. To get there, I need a UX designer who can take the existing content structure, strip away the friction points, and rebuild page flows that feel intuitive on desktop and mobile alike.

Here’s what I have in mind: you’ll start by auditing the current site, mapping user journeys, and identifying where visitors get lost or frustrated. From there, you’ll produce low-fidelity wireframes to lock in a streamlined information architecture, then move into polished, high-fidelity mock-ups that showcase a refreshed visual style. A clickable prototype in Figma (or a comparable tool) will let me test proposed interactions before development begins.

Deliverables
• UX audit summary highlighting pain points
• Wireframes for all key pages
• High-fidelity designs with updated visuals, iconography, and micro-interactions
• Interactive prototype ready for developer hand-off
• Final assets packaged with fonts, colors, and usage notes

Acceptance criteria
• Navigation feels self-evident; critical actions are reachable in ≤3 clicks
• Layouts pass WCAG 2.1 AA contrast checks
• Mobile breakpoint remains fully functional without horizontal scroll
• Prototype loads and behaves exactly as specified across Chrome, Safari, and Firefox

If you have a track record turning underperforming websites into smooth, visually appealing experiences, I’d love to see relevant samples and hear how you’d approach this project.
