I’m launching a professional tax-preparation practice and need a cohesive online presence built from the ground up.
Website scope
• A clean, responsive business website with four core pages—Home, Services, Contact Us, and an Info page for FAQs, policies, or any other evergreen content.
• Integrated appointment-booking system that lets visitors check availability and lock in a slot without leaving the site.
• A resources section where I can regularly post tax tips, deadline reminders, and educational articles.
Look & feel
The brand should convey trust, clarity, and approachability. I’ll lean on your design insights for color palette and typography, but the overall vibe must fit a professional financial service.
Logo deliverable
Create a primary logo in vector format plus a favicon-friendly mark. Provide the final assets in SVG, PNG, and layered source files so I can adapt them for print, social media, and invoices.
Tech and hand-off
WordPress or another widely supported CMS is preferred so I can update content and articles myself. Please secure the site, set up basic on-page SEO, and give me a quick walkthrough when you hand over admin credentials.
Timeline is flexible enough for thoughtful design iterations, yet I’d like to see first mock-ups within the first week. Let me know your proposed milestones and any questions you need answered before we kick off.
