Website Header, Footer & Page Revamp

The site is already live and functional; it just needs a polished, modern touch. I want the header and footer rebuilt in a sleek style that feels fresh yet still fits the existing brand. While you work on those sections, please reorganize the navigation so visitors land on the Homepage, move naturally to Services, and finish at Contact.

Two new sections—About Us and Partner—have to be added and linked from the main menu. All pages should be visually refreshed with high-quality images and graphics, subtle animations for a bit of life, and a single, consistent color scheme throughout.
