Website Gallery Expansion & Subcategories
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I’m refreshing the portfolio section of wynwoodrenovations.ca and need help inserting 8–10 new “before / after” albums that use the same side-by-side scroll effect you see here:
https://wynwoodrenovations.ca/project-markdale-gallery/
What I’ll supply
• High-resolution before and after photos, already paired and named
• The wording for each project description (I’ll add this myself once the albums are in place)
- some projects have videos that need to be linked from Youtube
- change the main page photos - make sure it's not too high res so that the website loading doesn't have issues
What I need from you
• Add each new album to the existing Project page, matching the current slider style and overall look
• Create a new landing page that breaks projects into five sub-categories—Kitchen, Bathrooms, Full Homes, Stairs, Fireplaces—arranged in the custom order I provide
• Display those categories in a clean grid layout; each tile should click through to its respective album set
• Inside each sub-category, keep navigation consistent with the gallery that’s already live so the user experience feels seamless
Acceptance criteria
– All images display crisply and the slider moves smoothly on desktop and mobile
– The new sub-category page loads quickly and respects the site’s existing fonts, colours and spacing
– Each category link opens only the albums assigned to it
– No broken links, missing alt text or layout shifts
I’ll provide admin access and assets as soon as we start, and I’m happy to test and give quick feedback along the way.
