Website UI & Feature Revamp

I’m preparing a comprehensive upgrade for my existing site that touches both its look-and-feel and the way it works behind the scenes. On the visual side, I want the interface to feel fresh and contemporary, while on the functional side I need smoother, more reliable features that encourage visitors to stay and interact.

Design / UI focus
Please address every item below so the final result feels cohesive:
• Modernization of the overall layout—cleaner grids, better spacing, mobile-first responsiveness
• A refreshed color scheme that aligns with current brand guidelines yet looks more vibrant
• Streamlined navigation that shortens the click path and makes key areas instantly visible

Functionality / features
Alongside the new visuals, I expect refinements to existing modules and, where appropriate, light custom coding to remove friction points (e.g., slow loading elements, outdated plugins, or confusing forms). Any suggested third-party tools are welcome as long as they integrate smoothly with the current tech stack.

Deliverable
A fully upgraded website deployed to the live server, with all pages passing cross-browser and mobile testing, plus a brief hand-over document outlining any new dependencies and how to manage them.
