* Proper database design for storing content
* Secure data handling
* Easy content update from admin panel

4. **Key Features Required**

* Homepage similar to reference (but improved design)
* About section
* Services/Products section
* Gallery or media section
* Contact page with form
* Admin panel for content management
* Fast loading speed & optimized performance

5. **Technical Expectations**

* Preferred: MERN stack / Next.js / any modern framework (NO WordPress)
* Clean, maintainable code
* Proper documentation
