Website Customization Expert Needed

I’m ready to give my site a fresh, tailored look and would like a developer who can jump in, review what’s there, and help me shape the next version. Right now the brief is intentionally open-ended—once you’ve had a chance to audit the existing pages we can decide together whether the work focuses on the homepage, product detail layouts, an updated About section, or a mix of all three.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A quick review of the current codebase and a written overview of improvement opportunities (design, UX, performance).
• Clear recommendations on design tweaks or new features that will lift conversion and engagement.
• Implementation of the approved changes using clean, well-commented HTML, CSS, JavaScript (or the relevant theme language if we’re on WordPress, Shopify, or another platform).
• Responsive behaviour tested across modern browsers and mobile devices.
• A short hand-off note so I can maintain the work going forward.
