Webflow Designer Needed for Ongoing Website Improvements

Project Overview
I'm looking for a talented Webflow designer who has a strong eye for design, color schemes, visual hierarchy, and modern web aesthetics.
I already have a Webflow website with approximately 20–25 pages. Most of the pages are already 60%–90% completed, so this is not a project that requires building pages from scratch. Instead, I'm looking for someone who can improve and refine the existing designs while bringing their own creative input and design thinking to the project.
Scope of Work
Tasks may include:
Improving page layouts and visual hierarchy
Color palette and color scheme refinements
Replacing or uploading images
Spacing and typography improvements
Mobile responsiveness and optimization
Minor UI/UX enhancements
Small Webflow edits and adjustments
Providing design suggestions and recommendations
The goal is not just to execute instructions but to work with someone who can contribute ideas and explain their design approach when making improvements.
Budget

Most pages require only minor improvements and refinements
What I'm Looking For
Strong Webflow experience
Excellent design sense and color understanding
Ability to improve existing designs rather than simply follow instructions

Long-Term Opportunity
This is initially a small project to evaluate design quality, communication, and working style. I have multiple Webflow projects in the pipeline and am looking to build a long-term relationship with the right designer.
