Webflow Cleanup and Finalization
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Webflow Cleanup & Finalization
(CMS, Conversion — Not a Redesign)
Project Budget
$300–$750 USD
Overview
I’m hiring an experienced Webflow designer/developer to finish and production-harden an existing website for AGeekOnDemand.com, a tech support company expanding nationally.
This project is NOT a redesign and NOT a blank build.
The site already exists and was generated using Webflow’s AI builder. The structure and direction are there, but it needs a professional to clean, organize, complete, and make it launch-ready with clear conversion flow and scalable CMS structure.
If you specialize in cleaning messy Webflow builds and turning prototypes into real, usable websites, this project is a good fit.
Very Important — Read Before Applying
This is not a visual redesign
This is not internal refactoring only
Payment is tied to visible, outcome-level improvements, not behind-the-scenes cleanup
Internal class cleanup alone does not constitute completion
You must be comfortable being evaluated on final output, not effort
Current Site (Read-Only Preview)
You must review this before bidding:
https://ageekondemand-com.design.webflow.com/?workflow=comment&mode=edit
This is the baseline the final work will be evaluated against.
Scope of Work
1. Clean & Finalize Layout
Fix spacing, alignment, and section flow
Resolve awkward AI-generated layout issues
Ensure visual consistency across pages
2. Navigation & User Flow
Clean up navigation (desktop and mobile)
Ensure clear, intentional paths to contact or booking
One clear primary CTA per page
3. Client-First Organization
Organize classes using Client-First naming
Set up design tokens and variables
Make the project maintainable for future edits
4. Responsive Polish
Desktop, tablet, and mobile must all be clean and intentional
No broken sections or awkward stacking
5. CMS Setup
Create and connect CMS collections for:
Services
City or Market Pages (template-based and reusable)
Reviews or Testimonials
Blog (basic structure only)
6. Services & City Pages
Complete Services pages using provided content
Build the CMS City Page template and populate the first 5 cities (content provided)
Pages must be SEO-friendly and scalable
7. Contact Page
Contact form
Map
Business hours
Click-to-call link (mobile-first)
8. Final Production Readiness
No placeholder content
Clean structure
Ready for launch
Optional but appreciated:
Light, tasteful animations (performance-safe)
What This Is NOT
No rebrand
No ecommerce
No heavy custom JavaScript
No AI chatbot work (separate phase)
No “vibes-only” redesign
What I Already Have
Existing Webflow project
AI-generated layout
Content for main sections and services
Brand direction and color palette
Service lists
City list (Orlando, Phoenix, Boston, Fort Lauderdale, Chicago)
Domain and Google Workspace set up
Deliverables (Acceptance-Based)
Payment is released only when the following are visibly and clearly met:
Polished, finished homepage with a clear primary CTA
Completed Services pages
CMS-driven City Page template with the first 5 cities populated
Clean Client-First class structure
Fully responsive site
Final Webflow project ready for launch
Approval to proceed at any stage does not constitute acceptance of the final deliverable or release of payment.
Acceptance is determined by the client based on visible comparison against the current baseline site.
Internal refactoring without visible improvement does not count as completion.
One focused revision pass is included after initial delivery to address missed acceptance criteria. Additional revisions require mutual agreement.
Budget
$300–$750 USD, depending on experience, speed, and quality of execution.
This is a cleanup and finish job, not a full build.
To Apply (Required)
Please include:
Your Webflow portfolio
Two to three examples of Webflow sites you cleaned up or finalized (not full redesigns)
Confirmation you use Client-First
Your estimated timeline and price after reviewing the preview site
Your availability to start
Important: Start your application with the word “Scalable” so I know you’ve read the requirements.
Applications that do not reference the preview site or miss this instruction will be ignored.
Ongoing Work
If this goes well, there will be ongoing Webflow work as the company expands into additional cities.
Final Note
I value clear communication, professionalism, and outcome-driven work.
If expectations are met, payment is prompt and repeat work is likely.
If expectations are not met, we stop cleanly and professionally.
