Web & Graphics Designer with Project Management Skills full Time

We are a growing digital business with multiple websites and online projects We already have several sites running but need someone who can take full ownership, improve them, and help push them forward to completion and marketability.
What We’re Looking For
We need a self-driven designer who can handle both creative and organizational aspects of our projects. You should be able to:
Web Design & Development: Polish existing websites, update visuals, improve UX/UI, and make sites more appealing and market-ready.
Graphics Design: Create marketing assets (social media creatives, banners, case studies, templates, etc.) to support our online presence.
Project Management: Keep projects organized, track incomplete work, set priorities, and make sure tasks move forward without constant supervision.
Business Mindset: Understand our business goals and design with marketability and sales in mind — not just aesthetics.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain our portfolio of websites.
Complete unfinished projects and ensure all sites are fully functional and client-ready.
Suggest improvements proactively and execute them without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
Prepare marketing assets (ads, landing pages, case studies, email templates).
Provide weekly updates and clear deliverables.
Requirements
Proven experience in web design (WordPress, Divi/Elementor, etc.) and graphics design.
Strong sense of initiative and ownership.
Comfortable with light project management — organizing tasks, keeping track of progress, and ensuring deliverables are met.
Understanding of digital marketing and what makes websites sellable.
Excellent communication skills.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
SEO knowledge.
Experience with SaaS or online marketplaces.
Familiarity with Trello/Notion or other project management tools.
