Project Overview:
We’re looking for a talented web designer (or design + front-end developer) to build a website for our clinic that includes:
A homepage and main informational pages (About, Services, Team, FAQs, etc.)
Integrations with scheduling / booking (so clients can see availability and book appointments)
Email capture + automation (e.g. newsletter / drip campaigns)
A community / forum section (for members or clients to interact / get content / share experiences)
Patient/client portal or resources section (optional but desirable)
A blog or educational content area
Secure, mobile-friendly, fast, with good UX

Key Requirements:
Requirement Details
Design / UI Clean, modern, professional; inspiring trust in wellness & medical domain; high quality visuals; good use of typography, color, imagery.
Responsive / Mobile First Must work/scale well on phone / tablet / desktop.
Scheduling Integration Preferably via existing tools (e.g. Calendly, Acuity, or something embedded), or more advanced if you have custom suggestions.
Email & Newsletter Integration Capture leads, manage mail list, ideally integrate with tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.
Forum / Community Either via plugin (if using a CMS) or a custom section; with access controls (members / clients) if needed.
CMS or Platform We’re open (WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS) but would like to be able to edit content ourselves; or get guidance.
SEO & Performance Good page speed, SEO basics, clean code; content-friendly for blogging / educational posts.
Security & Compliance SSL, basic security best practices; privacy / data capture compliant. If medical info or client-portal, ensure safe handling.
