Web Designer for Health Directory Pages

Seeking a talented web designer/UX specialist to redesign 9 condition directory pages (e.g., Anxieties List) so they are more visually engaging, user-friendly, and conversion-focused. Currently, these pages act as directories (e.g., Anxieties lists sub-condition pages like social anxiety, phobias, panic disorder, etc.).
We want a stunning redesign thatvMatches the site’s style and theme (modern, professional, calm, and therapeutic – details and examples available on request)
Dramatically improves user experience and navigation
Is CRO-focused (encouraging engagement and bookings)
Works seamlessly across desktop and mobile
Scope of Work
Redesign 9 condition directory pages (wireframes first, subject to approval before design build)
Ensure responsive, mobile-first design
Improve content presentation with visual hierarchy, icons/images, and better layout
Include creative elements that guide users to explore sub-pages and ultimately book appointments
Match existing brand style but with room for creative input

Strong UX/UI experience (please provide examples)
Ability to create wireframes before moving into design
Creative, proactive suggestions to enhance user flow
Experience with health/therapy/psychology or similar professional service websites preferred but not essential
Ability to deliver clean, responsive designs ready for development

Wireframes for each of the 9 condition directory pages
Final designs (desktop + mobile) once approved
Develop and implement on site which is Wordpress, custom theme.
