Web Designer for Agency Projects

I'm seeking a skilled web designer to join our team and handle both full websites and landing pages for our agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and responsive sites. You must be deadline-driven and capable of fast turnarounds.

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in Webflow or WordPress
- Ability to create mobile-first, SEO-friendly builds
- Comfortable with animations and interactions
- Understanding of CRO and UX best practices
- Ability to work with Figma/Adobe XD designs
- Willingness to work in a white-label setup
- Capable of handling both landing pages and full websites
- Bonus: Basic understanding of backend/API integrations

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication skills, able to take direction and problem-solve
- Fast communication and ability to provide daily progress updates
- Available for ongoing work or high volume (10–20+ sites/month)
