Web Designer + Developer (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify) – Long-Term Role

Job Overview:

Hi! I run a Canadian web design agency called TNT Web Development. We’re growing fast and looking for a reliable, skilled, and creative web designer/developer to join us long-term.

You’ll be working behind the scenes to build high-converting landing pages, full websites, and handle client revisions — all while I focus on bringing in new business.

This is a remote, long-term position with consistent work every month.



Your Role Will Include:

Designing modern, responsive websites (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify)

Building fast landing pages (Carrd, Framer, Typedream, etc.)

Making design mockups + handling revisions from client feedback

Following simple briefs and meeting deadlines
Basic SEO and optimization (speed, tags, structures

Creating social media mockups (optional but a bonus)



You Should Have:
• Strong design sense (clean, modern, professional style)
• Good understanding of user experience (UX/UI)
• Solid English communication (written + spoken)
• Experience building sites that look good on mobile and desktop
• Reliability and ability to hit deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset



Monthly Salary:
• 500-1000 month (depending on experience)
• Paid bi-weekly via Wise or PayPal
• Includes bonuses for consistent performance
• Pay increases possible after 3 months of good work



Work Details:
• Part-time to start (10-20 hrs/week)
• Potential to become full-time
• Flexible hours — just meet the deadlines
• Communication via Slack or Telegram
