My immediate priority is to refresh a Joomla-based (or comparable CMS) website. I need you to handle page layouts, styling, and front-end tweaks so the site looks polished and modern on both desktop and mobile.
Once the redesign is underway, I’ll lean on you for a mix of virtual-assistant and data tasks: uploading product descriptions, updating price lists, cleaning spreadsheets, and keeping the CMS content tidy. Accuracy and speed in data entry are essential because these updates feed directly into our sales workflow.
Strong graphic skills are also required. You’ll create web graphics—hero banners, call-to-action buttons, icon sets, and any imagery the new theme demands. In parallel, I’d like reusable marketing templates (think brochures, flyers, or social-media post layouts) that match the site’s visual style so my team can drop in copy whenever we launch a campaign.
Key tools on the job will be Joomla (or WordPress if migration makes sense), basic HTML/CSS, and a design suite such as Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator. If you’re comfortable juggling light sales admin—like pulling weekly revenue reports or formatting proposals—that’s a plus and will keep the workflow smooth.
Deliverables I expect:
• A fully styled, responsive website ready to publish
• A library of custom web graphics aligned with the new look
• Editable marketing templates in PSD, AI, or Canva format
• Ongoing content/data updates entered directly into the CMS or spreadsheets
