You’ll be working directly with Michael, the owner — a Top Rated Fiverr Seller with over 800 five-star reviews and more than 10 years of experience in the industry.
This is an opportunity to grow alongside the company and, for the right person, to develop into a management role as the agency expands.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, organize documents, and handle email communications.
Client Communication: Assist in client relations, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Project Coordination: Help organize, track, and follow up on project timelines and deliverables.
Social Media Management: Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and maintain consistent branding across platforms.
Research: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify trends to support strategy.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and CRM updates.
Web & Affiliate Tasks: Assist with WordPress or Shopify updates, plugin setups, and affiliate program configurations.
General Support: Contribute to smooth day-to-day operations and process improvements.
