Web Design Agency Needed for a Marketplace MVP UX/UI Completion
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI design agency to take over pending design work for an auction marketplace. This is not a new project—many user journeys have already been designed, and the agency will be responsible for completing, refining, and optimizing the remaining UI/UX work for our MVP.
Scope of Work:
✅ Design Completion & Enhancement: Ensure seamless end-to-end workflows for auctions, transactions, onboarding, and subscriptions.
✅ Usability & Optimization: Conduct a full usability audit, refine navigation, and enhance retention strategies.
✅ Mobile & Responsive Design: Develop fully responsive UI from existing desktop UI.
✅ Affiliate System: Design the full user journey for referring and earning on the platform.
✅ Sitemap & Documentation: Document the full site map, create technical spec or design handoff documents, and ensure development aligns with design.
✅ Collaboration & Testing: Work closely with the marketing team to onboard waitlist leads, assist in beta testing, and brainstorm UX solutions.
✅ New & Existing Wireframes: Work with existing wireframes or conceptualize new ones, converting them into rich, intuitive UI.
✅ CRM: Design the integration of a 3rd party CRM system for user support tickets
✅ Notifications: Map out notification touchpoints and design on-site notification centre for authenticated users
✅ Landing Page Redesign: Improve the website’s landing page and content design for conversion optimization.
Requirements:
✔️ Proven track record in e-commerce and marketplace UX/UI design
✔️ Ability to conduct regular remote meetings (2x per week) with the client for collaboration
✔️ Strong content and copywriting skills for key UI components
✔️ Experience with design handoff & ensuring dev team implementation
✔️ Ability to brainstorm edge cases and propose UX solutions
✔️ Strong understanding of user flow, policies, and accessibility best practices
