I’m ready to turn my work into an eye-catching online presence and need a developer / designer who can build a bold and vibrant digital portfolio. The overall look should lean into saturated neon blues, purples and pinks against a black backdrop, paired with smooth, dynamic animations that bring each section to life without compromising load time or mobile performance.

Core pages and sections
• Home with a striking hero area that instantly communicates my brand personality.
• About Me written content (I’ll supply text) presented in a visually engaging way.
• Skills & Services laid out with icons or micro-interactions so visitors can quickly grasp what I offer.
• Portfolio / Project Showcase featuring filterable project cards, hover effects and full-screen lightbox views.
• Contact page with a secure, spam-protected form that triggers email notifications.

Additional requirements
• Fully responsive across phones, tablets and desktops.
• Clean, modern code (React, Next.js, Vue or high-quality vanilla HTML/CSS/JS are all fine—use what suits you best as long as performance scores stay high).
