CLEAR MIND
I need a colourful, highly visual website that clearly introduces my NLP-based mental-health services and drives visitors to book with me.
Homepage
• A warm, calm palette with animated illustrations that move gently as the page loads, instantly signalling the friendly tone of the practice.
• Five prominent calls-to-action leading to the same embedded calendar: “Book a Session”, “Anxiety”, “Phobia”, “How We Help”, and “What is NLP?”.
Booking flow
The embedded calendar must allow visitors to choose either a free 30-minute consultation or a paid 60-minute session, collect payment during the booking, and (when ticked) launch a short questionnaire so I receive a brief beforehand.
Content & media
Every page should let users click to play videos—either muted or with sound—showcasing client testimonials and service demonstrations. I will supply the footage; you handle optimisation and responsive placement.
Connectivity
Add clear icons linking straight to WhatsApp Messenger chat, my Instagram and Facebook feeds, plus a discreet link to the CMA website so visitors can verify my credentials.
Look & feel
The entire site must feel soothing, supportive and professional, with plenty of white-space, rounded typography and subtle motion that never overwhelms. Accessibility and fast load times are essential.

To reinforce the digital experience, I also need:
1. A single-page (tri-fold) leaflet following the same visual theme.
2. Three poster designs (A3) that reuse the colour scheme, fonts and key messages from the site.
Acceptance criteria
• Fully responsive design, tested on mobile, tablet and desktop.
• Calendar workflow completes a payment test without errors.
• All videos stream smoothly and respect user sound settings.
• Social links and CMA link open correctly in new tabs.
• Leaflet and posters supplied as print-ready PDFs and layered source files (AI or PSD).
