Versatile Modern Website Template Suite
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I want to assemble a reusable library of website templates and “Claude” design files that I can quickly adapt for many kinds of small-business sites—think spas, health clinics, restaurants, boutiques, consultants and any similar local venture that needs a clean online presence.
Scope of work
Your job is to create a modern, minimalistic design system and the first batch of template files. Each template must contain the core pages most owners request—Landing, About Us, Services—and leave room for at least one clearly documented custom page so we can swap in niche-specific content later. Alongside the visual comps, include SKILL.MD hand-off notes (component names, spacing, color tokens, typography scale) so our devs can slot the designs straight into code without guesswork.
Deliverables
• Page-level mock-ups for Landing, About Us, Services + one flexible extra page
• A lightweight design system file covering grids, color palette, type ramp, UI elements and state variants
• SKILL.MD documentation for each component and layout pattern
• Exported “Claude” design assets ready for prompt-driven iterations
• Source file in Figma, XD or Sketch (your choice) with neatly named layers and symbols/components
• Responsive breakpoints indicated for desktop, tablet and mobile
Acceptance criteria
The templates should load fast, pass basic accessibility checks (WCAG AA contrast), and feel cohesive even when we swap logos, imagery and accent colors for different industries. I’ll review the system file first; once approved we move to page mock-ups, then finalize with asset export and SKILL.MDs.
If this sounds clear, let me know which tool you prefer so we can kick off with the style guide.
